These beautiful wild flowers are blooming by the road on the way between Omaha and Mount Pleasant, I could not take pictures yet, I will be doing a series of small abstract paintings of these flowers from my memories. Thanks.

I started and finished this painting today, Sunday, there was my mala on one of the Yoga books on a table and I saw the perfct arrangement for my daily painting ... so I brought the composition to my studio and here it is my paiting of the day. It is not very small this time. I hope you enjoy it !

Today I finally finished my working man, I have been posting different stages of the painting and I forgot to include the first sketch drawing on paper for this painting, here it is.
Today after working on my bigger pieces of my abstract nature paintings, I went back to my daily painting of a working man. Still in progress, I will keep posting pictures until it is finished. Thank you !
I am working on my abstract nature paintings as usual, but I don't forget my daily paintings, so this is the work in progress of an oil on canvas of a working man ... I started with the underpainting and then I started working on the trees and the figure ... still in progress ... come back soon, I will try to post more pictures soon.

Yesterday I participated at the Magnolia Blossom Annual Art Walk. Magnolia is a beautiful town full of art and the art show was in the square under the shadows of the wondrous Magnolia trees ! Beautiful !. There were many other activities apart from the art show. Very friendly people and a good organization, THANK YOU !
My piece " Urban Memories II" received and Honorable Mention ribbon !
Other wonderful artists in the adult and also kids categories showed their beautiful work !
These days I am working on my larger pieces, but I am trying to keep up with the smaller daily paintings too. Today was the turn of these delicious bananas!. Enjoy !!!

This is another original painting from my "abstract nature" series that I enjoy painting so much !!! This is a smaller piece, 11" x 14", I used acrylic paint this time, painted with palette knife and brush, some texture, wild red poppies moving in the wind on a terracota background, beautiful for decoration purposes or great addition to your art collection. The brown color continues on the sides of the canvas and the staples are on the back, it will be shipped wired and ready to hang. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did painting it. I promise better photos for tomorrow, today there is a big storm outside so the photos were taken inside the studio. Colors may not reflect the real ones. It looks better in person !
