Hydrangeas, "un sueño de hortensias 2" - July 11th.

Today I painted a second one based on these beautiful Hydrangeas that I have in a picture. Painted with a palette knife mostly and highly textured impasto, oil painting, the sides are painted and it will shipped ready to hang. (I will take better pictures tomorrow with natural light). Thank you !

Medium: oil on hand stretched canvas, the painting continues on the staples’ free sides and so it is ready to hang.

Technique: highly textured impasto, painted using a palette knife and brush.
