Pascualina tart - July 11th.
"Tarta Pascualina" is a typical vegetarian meal from Uruguay and since it was a long time that we did not taste a piece of Pascualina I decided to try to make one after several years of not cooking it. It took me three hours to make from begining til it was out of the oven but it is worth the time and work to taste a 100 % homemade Pascualina !!! I just wanted to share a couple of pictures with you since I do not think that there is any tart left for you to try in "real life" today :)
